How to unlock the 360 No Scope achievement in Borderlands The Pre-Sequel - Definitive Guide
Took me a couple of tries. When I finally got it, seemed as though I went further than 360 degrees so keep that in mind.

Tip: If you are in a co-op match and it isn't working, just drop out and do it as host or by yourself, for some reason it doesn't register properly if you have joined a game.
However, if you go to the Triton Flats area, weaken a Shuggurath, and then attempt this, your day will be much happier. Shugguraths are huge, easy to aim at and move incredibly slowly.
After 30+ attempts on standard enemies, I got it in a single attempt on a Shuggurath.
In case you aren't good at degrees, 360° is one full rotation.
I spun slightly more than one full rotation just to make sure I got it as opposed to accidentally only going 357° and not getting my trophy.
It's also good to note that you don't have to do this in one shot. I used a fast firing sniper rifle, span 360 then just fired like mad on my way down at an enemy so that it was pretty much like shooting him with an assault rifle.
Pretty much as ridiculous as it sounds. It shouldn't be too hard as the lack of gravity in the game means you will have a lot of time in the air. The difficulty lies in hitting the enemies with your sniper after your 360 degree spin.
There is a good place to get this achievement quite early on, but it is a little temperamental. Play through a few missions - mainly Springs sides - until she gives you 'Tales from Elpis'. It shouldn't take you more than five minutes to complete and the award is a sniper rifle.
Now head out around the corner from the base and find a Kraggon Pebble. Double jump in the air do a spin a little over a 360, so either a 540/720. The Kraggon Pebble should 99% of the time be directly below you, so look down and shot for a one-hit kill and the achievement.
Besides this, most simple enemies will count and you can always wait until you're a high level then return to one of the earlier stages of the game for a guaranteed one-hit kill.
Huge thanks to Predni for the video:

We turn on the skill, rotate 360 degrees and shoot.
It is advisable to do it in Low-level locations.
