I go to every Location but no Achievement!!

I was missing Plasma Facility B (Veins) and Power Core Beta (Lunar). They didn't show as grey on my map, so I guess best advice is to visit everything to double check.

there is 1 location that doesnt figure on your map, it is called SUPPLY PLATFORM, it is in VEINS OF HELIOS in the 2nd link, bottom left area of the map. when goin out of the quarantine there is a platform with 2 jumps, 1 will bring you to the supply platform.

Is there a hidden one i'm missing or something? I've been to all these locations and no pop?

Update: My dumbass was missing Lab19 from side mission.

FYI to people wondering, this is marked missable now because the 2nd to last main story mission "Eye of Helios" takes you to a location that you can't return to.

I believe there's 4 areas to discover here that you will have to get naturally anyway to progress the story. However, if playing coop it's possible to miss out on discovering the locations here if each person doesn't go to the areas themselves of course.

So if playing coop just make sure you're not looting or AFK or something and everyone gets the locations before leaving this area or a new playthough will be needed. Otherwise, this achievement isn't missable.

Just wanted to add to ChRoNIc's solution, the second Veins of Helios image is missing a named location called "Supply Platform." It was the last one I needed and was driving me crazy until I did the "Don't Get Cocky" mission.

It's the floating platform my character is standing on here:

Just wanted to add to ChRoNIc's solution, the second Veins of Helios image is missing a named location called "Supply Platform." It was the last one I needed and was driving me crazy until I did the "Don't Get Cocky" mission.

It's the floating platform my character is standing on here:

To unlock this achievement you will need to uncover all of the greyed areas of the map in the Helios Space Station. You will only get full access once you reach the story mission 'Home Sweet Home' and will need to have gotten to the final stage of the story mission 'Eye to Eye' to have discovered everything.

The Helios Space Station encompasses 'Hyperion Hub of Heroism,' Research and Development,' 'Jack's Office,' Lunar Launching Station,' Veins of Helios' and 'Eye of Helios'. Note that some areas will only be discovered through doing side missions on the Helios Space Station, so be sure to do them all to have discovered everywhere.

Once you have uncovered all of the map and discovered every named location the achievement is yours.

The trophy is missable! According to the plot, you will be taken to the Eye of Helios location, where you will fight the boss in two phases. You will open the main battle location, but you may not open the second one and immediately leave the location. You can't go back there.
