How to unlock the Cosmic Completionist achievement in Borderlands The Pre-Sequel - Definitive Guide

Was missing this achievement and started searching everywhere. Found the location that i was missing in Tycho's Ribs. Credit goes to Hir0 Sempi over at x360a.com.

"I had the same issue. Go to Tycho's Ribs and check the big room after the first elevator. If i'm not wrong it's called the Particle Collection Chamber. I did get my achievo there in my TVHM playthrough. I must have missed the room in my first try."

If you jump down the area where the pad is and take the first left go all the way into the room. I had this room uncovered but not discovered.

Room is called compression chamber thanks Sherlocked4evr

Hope this helps someone else.

Worked for me - just a note, it did not pop for me until I defeated the Arch Guardian and entered the treasure room in the back of the Compression Chamber. Not sure if it got stuck unlocking, but wanted to point it out.

It’s not a guide is a solution. Thanks for the useful information to add to helping others get this achievement 👍

Well this is for discovering all named locations. Tell me, how exactly did you do that? Maybe if you wouldve taken the time to actually write up an actual solution to this achievement I'd have not said anything and gave a thumbs up. Sorry all these sheep don't see it but this is absolutely useless. I'm not saying it has to be flashy with pictures and crap, but actual locations and the missions that allow you access to certain locations would be way more useful than a "if you missed such and such, check such and such. This is better off in the forum. Don't be salty cause I called you out on it. Again I ask, how is this a guide? Look at some other "solutions" and you'll see guide and solution on TA are one in the same. I could write my own but I'll save you the embarrassment and let you have this. Next time be more thorough and actually take the time to write a solution that helps everyone. Not just a select few.

You are more than welcome to write one as well. Playing the game takes you to every spot you need. There are a few locations that can be missable in this game.

By Dead End Kings on 31 Jan 2019 23:30
So why didn't you do just that? By that I mean, the few locations that can be missable.

By Darkness727420 on 31 Jan 2019 23:39
Because I played the entire game and had every achievemnt but 1. Every location is uncovered but I believe to be this one spot (there could possibly be another). So it made more sense to me to post a spot that many people could miss including myself after playing the game in its entirety.

If you would like a list https://borderlands.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Borderlands:_Th... here is something that could work for you.

Thank you for this information. I agree that it is not a complete solution, but after having all side quests done and the other 2 locations achievements unlocked, the only place that was missing was this one. Thumbs up.

How is this affected with an imported character who already has the achievement? Do I need to start fresh with a new character? As I started a new play through on TVHM and the map all seems unlocked already

I have the achievements for Beam Me Up, I Come From The Land Up Over, and Eridian Explorer, so I know I’m not missing any of those locations. I was not missing the above location in Tycho’s Ribs. Any other suggestions before I start going through the locations one by one? I haven’t played this game in years.

I’m aware of the “missable” locations if you play in co-op.

Edit: It was “Engineering” and “Shattered Aft” in Pity’s Fall.

FYI this is marked missable now because the 2nd to last main story mission "Eye of Helios" takes you to a location that you can't return to.

I believe there's 4 areas to discover here that you will have to get naturally anyway to progress the story. However, if playing coop it's possible to miss out on discovering the locations here if each person doesn't go to the areas themselves of course.

So if playing coop just make sure you're not looting or AFK or something and everyone gets the locations before leaving this area or a new playthough will be needed. Otherwise, this achievement isn't missable.

I'll add a little. If you received the rest of the trophies for the locations and the remaining places are all open, but the trophy did not fall out, then you missed one tricky place. Tycho's Ribs location, a place called "Compression Chamber". You need to go down to this place and just run further behind the rock. The picture is attached.

If the tips above were not enough for the trophy, then I advise you to watch this video .
In my case, I missed the "East Pumping Station" location on the "Vorago Solitude" map
