How to unlock the Executioner achievement in Borderlands The Pre-Sequel - Definitive Guide
I did this with level 7 rather early in the game with 4/5 skillpoints in ruthless, which makes showdown last longer with every enemy you kill. I used a blue bandit smg, which had a large clip size (as does every other bandit weapon) so I did not to have to waste showdown time with reloading.
Fast travel to Serenity's waste and go to the building where you get your first OZ kit (the small building with a satelite dish on the roof near the ramp you use to get to Concordia). As you approach the building, kraggons start to spawn in front of it and down in the lava. Jump around and gather them behind you. You can aggro them again by shooting near them on the floor if they loose interest.
Go into showdown and kill the bigger kraggons first, because they split into smaller ones, which takes a little bit of time. If you do them last, you might run out of showdown before you can shoot the small ones. If your clip is big enough, you can basically hold LT+RT and mow everything down after you killed the big ones.
The spawn is a little bit different every time (two big kraggons or kraggon immolater for example) so you may need a few tries. If you still don't get it, you can try and lure the kraggon group to the next spawn loacation en route to regolith range or just come back a few levels later with 5/5 ruthless and better weapons.
Showdown is the action skill of Nisha and you will need to reach level 3 in order to unlock it. You will need to invest in a skill called 'Ruthless' which is in the 'Fan the Hammer' skill tree. For each point invested into this you will get 0.1 second added to the time of Showdown for each kill you get while it is active. You will want at least 3 skill points added to it to have enough time to kill 10 enemies, meaning that a level 6 Nisha will be necessary for this achievement. The best place to find 10 easy to kill enemies can be found in the video below.
Huge thanks to 'Predni' for the video:
I accomplished this at level 7, relatively early in the game, with 4 out of 5 skill points in Ruthless, which extends the duration of Showdown with each enemy you kill. I used a blue Bandit SMG, which had a large magazine size (as do all Bandit weapons), so I didn't have to waste Showdown time reloading.
Fast travel to Serenity's Waste and head to the building where you obtain your first OZ kit (the small building with a satellite dish on the roof near the ramp leading to Concordia). As you approach the building, Kraggons start spawning in front of it and down in the lava. Jump around and gather them behind you. You can re-aggro them by shooting the ground near them if they lose interest.
Activate Showdown and prioritize killing the larger Kraggons first, as they split into smaller ones, which takes some time. If you leave them for last, you might run out of Showdown before you can eliminate the smaller ones. If your magazine is large enough, you can hold + and mow everything down after killing the big ones.
The spawn pattern varies each time (e.g., two big Kraggons or a Kraggon Immolator), so you may need several attempts. If you still can't complete it, try luring the Kraggon group to the next spawn location en route to Regolith Range, or return a few levels later with 5 out of 5 points in Ruthless and better weapons.

It will be even easier if you upgrade the skill that allows you to carry two pistols: One for each of ya in the Fun the hammer branch.
