How to unlock the Rocketeer achievement in Borderlands The Pre-Sequel - Definitive Guide

For the achievement you need to do 4 side missions in which you launch rockets off the moon.

First is wiping the slate which you get after the main mission intelligences of the artificial persuasion. It is at the Concordia bounty board.

Second is no such thing as a free launch which is available after the same mission as the first. It is given by Cosmo wishbone in triton flats. He is near the fast travel station.

Third is home delivery. For this you need to first complete the side mission treasures of echo madre that you can get from pickles in outlands canyon after the same mission as before. After you complete that you can get home delivery from the Concordia bounty board.

Last is it ain't rocket surgery. It is given by Dr. Spark in the research and development area after you complete the main mission science and violence.

After all four are complete the achievement should unlock

Edit:

I transferred my character from the 360 and started a second play through. After launching one the achievement unlocked for me. So it seems if you did this on the 360 it does not matter which one you do, it will unlock after one.

I did all side missions but that achievement doesn't pop... What can I do? :(

It should work. This is the method I used on the 360. Did you do it all in the same playthrough?

You do not need to do al 4 side missions. It ain't rocket surgery has you launch 3 rockets. I got it when the 3rd rocket launched on It ain't Rocket Surgery and i have not even unlocked Home Delivery or started wiping the slate.

MCutshaw0723 is correct. I helped Cosmo, then later did Rocket Surgery, and the achievement popped on the 3rd of the 3 rockets.

I am not sure if they patched it, but I had to do all four quests for the achievement. I also did them in a different order. I got the achievement as soon as the last rocket launched. I did wiping the slate, it ain't rocket surgery, no such thing as a free launch, then home delivery.

my achievement is glitched it has not unlocked.
Edit: I joined a friends account and competed on of the missions again and it popped.

This popped for me during the side mission which you launch 3 rockets with brains in. I don't recall launching any other rockets but I guess I must have!

this trophy is linked to several side quests that all involve launching rockets off the surface of Elpis.
The missions you must complete are as follows:

"Wiping the Slate" - found in Concordia AFTER completing the story mission "A New Direction"
"No Such Thing as Free Launch" - given by Cosmo Wishbone in Triton Flats
"Home Delivery" - found in Concordia AFTER completing story mission "Watch Your Step"
"It Ain't Rocket Surgery" - Found in Research & Development AFTER completing the story mission "Science and Violence"

After completing the four side missions listed above, the trophy will unlock.
Note: There is no set order that you have to complete the missions, so you can complete the missions in any order you desire.

The first rocket you get to fire is from Concordia during the side mission 'Wiping the Slate.' You need to fire the Rrocket in order to complete the mission.

The second rocket you get to fire is at the end of the side mission 'No Such Thing as a Free Launch.' You get the mission from 'Cosmo Wishbone.'

The third rocket you get to fire is at the end of the mission 'Home Delivery' that you can pick up from the bounty board in Concordia after you have re-taken the moon base. 

The fourth Rocket you get to fire is at the end of the side mission 'It Ain't Rocket Surgery,' which you get from Doctor Spara in the research and development area on the Hyperion Moon Base. Note that you actually fire three separate rockets during this mission, but they do not count as 3 Rockets fired, just the one.

Complete these four side missions, firing the rocket in each to unlock this achievement.
