I have an alternative to suggest (works ONLY in SOLO).
- Keep a LOW LEVEL Cryo Oz kit from your first playthrough (mine was lv 24, with about 2000 damage)
- Get an higher Oz kit (mine was a lv 38, with about 7000 damage). You don't need specially a Cryo on this one.
- Go to Serenity Waste, around the fire lake, IN VAULT HUNTER MODE
- Equip your LOW LEVEL Cryo Oz kit
- Wait for 4/5 kraggons around and start pilloning ONCE.
- Immediately pause the game, ans equip your HIGHER Oz Kit
- Jump twice (A A) and press B => achievement unlocked
It could need several tries. Got it on my second attempt.

2. Go to Titan Transportation Hub.
3. Walk toward the tork spawns and let them surround you.
4. Do multiple boost jumps and slams to freeze, then shatter them!
Of course this only works if you're not too high a level that the initial slam kills them. I'd recommend keeping an eye out for a Cyro Oz kit, as this method requires nothing more than slamming repeatedly after being surrounded. Also, like other solutions, remove any shields, etc., that inflict damage to attackers.

First, for any of these methods, you need to make sure that any Skills, Shields, or whatever you have equipped will NOT deal any passive damage to enemies, since you don't want to kill them with anything other than your slam.
Second, the Oz Kit's slam element CAN be whatever you want, though if you have a Cryo slam that would be choice just in case.
One method is to go to Stanton's Liver (no fast travel, accessed from Triton Flats) and head to the far south-west area. A bunch of Toroks can spawn there and there are lots of Cryo Vines. The Toroks are more than happy to chase you down, so just lure them to the vines, let them freeze, then smash 'em!
Now, I'll note that this method is how I did it, but it took a few tries, as the Toroks kept attacking me and the knockback made it so I couldn't really jump to slam, then Cryo Vine would freeze and do enough damage quickly that it killed them off before I could succeed. I finally managed by jumping up on a small ledge by a couple Cryo Vines in the center of the room so I could wait and jump without interference.
This may work better on True Vault Hunter Mode, due to enemies' higher HP... though that's exactly why I didn't want to do that. Your choice.
Also, there are other locations that can be good, such as Outlands Canyon.
Another method is to get a lower-level Cryo-slam Oz Kit, then just go anywhere Toroks spawn (such as Stanton's Liver or Titan Transportation Hub), let them gather around you then just repeat jump, slam, jump, slam until they are all Frozen and then dead.
This may not work if you are too high of a level, causing the slam to deal immediate death rather than freezing first.
Alternatively, use this same method, but on True Vault Hunter Mode to keep enemies at good HP ranges, though maybe not as easy to quickly kill with the slam either, possibly risking them thawing and moving.
An interesting third method involves a Mission Item. During the mission "In Perfect Hibernation", you are given a weapon called "Lazlos Freezeasy", which has a very low damage output (a mere 8 damage!) but high freeze. So grab that, head out to anywhere, cluster three enemies together, freeze 'em, and jump 'n slam!

There you will find many Tork enemies as well as Cryo Vines.

Simply round up a bunch of Torks or other enemies, minimum 3 but its good to have a few extra to make sure, and then bring them over to the Cryo Vines. When the enemy gets close to them it will automatically discharge its frost area of effect.
Once you confirm 3 enemies are frozen, jump into the area and ground slam.
You will get your trophy shortly after provided 3 enemies die due to your slam attack.
If you don't get the trophy, just round up some more enemies and try again. It took me 2 attempts to get this.

To unlock this achievement you will need to freeze 3 enemies at once. You can do this by having 3 enemies gather near a 'Cryo Vine' which you can find in the frozen areas and when you shoot them they explode and freeze whoever is near-by. When you have the 3 enemies frozen you need to jump up then hold 
to slam back down, shattering the enemies all at once.
It would be easiest to do this to 3 Kraggon Pebbles or 3 Torks as they both charge you and only melee attack you. You should be able to lure 3 of them near to a Cryo Vine then shoot it and slam them for the achievement. You may need to have leveled up a tad to ensure your slam attack is powerful enough to shatter them, or to have a better Oz kit than you started with.
A good strategy for this achievement using a Laser gun. Later on in the game you can do a side mission called 'In Perfect Hiberbation' and during this mission you are given a gun called 'Lazlo's Freezeasy' which is a very low damage Laser gun but has a huge chance to easily freeze enemies. You can acquire this gun then leave the area and look for a group of Kraggons or Torks, freeze 3 of them with ease then slam attack them. Be aware that after completing this mission, you lose the gun so try to do it while the mission is active.
