don't think so dude!!! This doesn't happened right "at the start of the game". Very misleading statement!!! You have to play at least 20 - 30 minutes before getting the achievement.

The Invaders Must Die trophy in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is story-related and can't be missed.

You will unlock the trophy after completing the game's second story mission "Lost Legion Invasion".
