How to unlock the Discovered Eridian Promontory achievement in Borderlands - Definitive Guide

You will eventually enter the Eridian Promontory while completing the last portion of the game. This is the final location before the final boss battle against The Destroyer, so it is a vital part of the main storyline. Therefore, unless your achievement is glitched, it is impossible to miss if you complete the entire game.

This trophy is story related and cannot be missed if you complete the game. The Eridian Promontory is the last of the "Discovered" trophies to be earned and will unlock when you've reached the last area of the game prior to the final boss fight.

This achievement unlocks when a character first enters the Eridian Promontory from The Descent for the first time.
