Beat level 4 in arcade mode, and then just replay the level until the achievement pops. You can crush 11 or 12 monsters without much trouble each time, so you should get this after about 10 goes. It takes about 20 minutes.

This is cumulative throughout Arcade Mode. The first couple of levels don't have any Monsters in them. Basically, crush Monsters with the rocks or even diamonds can fall on them. This achievement will unlock in game.
