The Black enemy first appears on Level 5 just before the exit. Progress through the level and you will come to an area with a cannon shooting at you. Avoid its projectiles and turn right then right again to face a Magenta enemy. Defeat it then turn left and then left once again and you will see a Black enemy at the end of the corridor.
To defeat it, you can shoot either magenta or yellow projectiles at it, but you must bounce your bullet off a wall or ground before it hits the enemy. Since there are no walls close by, you will need to ricochet your bullet off the ground in front of the enemy so it bounces up to hit it. Be careful as it does shoot back.
