Not sure where else to post this.
This cheevo bugged for me on 3/26/21.
Completed my first run through on Hawk from the beginning to the end without touching another game, or even looking at the difficulty settings. I watched the end credits and the end scene the first time I made my Final Choice, the 2nd and 3rd time I tried to get the cheevo to pop I only watched about 3/4 of the credits.
Did not pop, will not pop for me.

Just completed my playthrough as well. Didn't pop after watching two of the endings.
