How to unlock the Sacrifice achievement in Bound By Flame - Definitive Guide

In order to get this cheevo you have to beat the final boss of the game. Then save! When you talk to him (the game will title him as final choice) you must choose the SECOND option.

You will only gain this achievement if you are full human, so save it for your 0% possession playthrough.

Missable!

Defeat the final boss and immediately create a manual save.

In the final moments of the game you will be given two options demanding on your alignment with human or demonic influences. This ending is only available is you choose to resist the demon influence throughout the game. If you are human enough, choose the "Save Vertiel" option.

This trophy goes hand in hand with your Humanist playthrough.
