Story related, can not be missed.

Blackfrost is towards the end of Act III. Kill him to earn the trophy.

Blackfrost clones himself into a set of three. The one holding the dagger is the main Blackfrost. Focus in on him close range with daggers and activate either poison or flame buffs on your weapon to do more damage. Remember to lead the enemies around so you have some room to dodge and take shots when its safe without risk of dying.
