You can create custom workouts from the main menu. Select my workouts and then select the music symbol. You'll need to add enough songs so that the workout is at least 30 minutes in length. I used the Alien Apes song which can be found under Pop. This song is 3'30" long so I added it 10 times for a total workout length of 35 minutes. However, you can use any song or mixture of songs that you like. Difficulty doesn't matter and neither does accuracy, so you can just sit there and do nothing for 30 minutes if you want. You will also earn My First Mix   at the end of the workout.

You can also 'AFK' this trophy if you like. Once you begin your workout, simply remove the PSVR headset and leave it idle along with the Move controllers. Unlike a lot of VR games, doing this in this game doesn't seem to cause any pause screens for removing the headset. The headset and Move controllers don't even need to be facing the PS camera for this to work so you can leave them anywhere. Go and do something for 30 minutes while the workout plays out.
