Tape - Found in the Verona College dunj, level 1 onwards.
Aether - Found in the Verona College dunj, level 5 onwards.

This is on top of the other ten crafting materials which you'll find in the base game:

Wire - Verona Mall dunj.
Plastic - Verona Mall dunj, can also buy from Championne Athleisure.
Fabric - Verona Mall and La Rosa dunj, can also buy from Championne Athleisure.
Liquid - Verona Mall and La Rosa dunj.
Glass - Verona Mall and La Rosa dunj, can also buy from Championne Athleisure.
Glue - La Rosa dunj, can also buy from Championne Athleisure and Heart of Verona shop in La Rosa Dunj.
Steel - La Rosa dunj, can also buy from Heart of Verona shop in La Rosa Dunj.
Holy Energy - La Rosa dunj, can also buy from the El Granero shop and Heart of Verona shop in La Rosa Dunj.
Dark Essence - La Rosa dunj, can also buy from the El Granero shop and Heart of Verona shop in La Rosa Dunj.

You'll need all 12 crafting components for the achievement.
