On the title screen, there is an option to watch the credits. Go in to this and you'll have a tiny minigame with the credits. Score a 10 combo by hitting perfects and the achievement is yours. Wait until the clothing has come to a full stop before pressing the button.

I did a 3600+ points before the x10 combo and got the achievement.

This achievement has to do with the credits.
You click on "Credits" in the main menu and then a mini-game begins. Use your arrow keys and press the appropriate arrow once the item is fully in the box.
After 10 or so perfect packs, the achievement will pop.
