There are two new weapons in this Title Update:
Jonah - Introduced to at the start of the Title Update, he'll send you a text.
Leah - You'll find Leah's hammer at the start of level 4 of the Verona College dunj. You'll have to go on a date with her at the Cutting Edge gym to count as 'meeting' her.
You'll also need all seven base game weapons to unlock this achievement.
The first six you'll meet throughout the story:
Isaac
Sunder
Valeria
Seven
Sawyer
Pocket
And for the seventh, Rowan, you'll have to go to their mansion to the north of town after you've been to the summer BBQ. You'll then receive a scrap of paper which you need to decode before you can go on a date with them. When trying to decode the message, select 'rotational cypher' and then when you have to input numbers, select the numbers which are not upside down (2-0-7). You'll then call Rowan, who will invite you to their house. Go on the date with Rowan at their house and you'll have 'met' them for this achievement.
