There are three new hats to find in this Title Update, all of which are found in the Verona College Dunj:

Parasite Hat
Earmuffs

Find the recipes and craft them at your apartment to gain the achievement. You'll also need all the base game hats:

Fox hood (effect - exit shows in minimap)
Halo (effect - beverage heals more)
Knight helmet (effect - carry more Beverages but fewer Zines)
Lucky earrings
Phoenix cap (effect - revives you once)
Royal crown
Sunhat (effect - enemies get stunned when they damage you)
Top Hat and Monocle
Valkyrie band (effect - doubles ALL damage)
