The Hobbyist achievement is pretty easy to aquire as long as you've played enough to unlock your crafting bench. Simply run the mall dunj a few times to collect different recipes and materials. Visit the shops to buy materials as well. Then craft your 10 recipes at your crafting bench. You do not need to craft 10 recipes in one sitting, the achievement will pop after you have crafted 10 recipes regardless of how long it took you.
