For this, there are a couple weapons you can use depending on what you prefer, and feel free to add your suggestion in the comments!!
I got this, by chance, using Pockets Heavy attacks in La Rosa. Mashing
will cause Pocket to do what I can only refer to as a Fury Swipes style attack in a cone in front of you. At a high level (30+), you can one-shot most enemies at the first levels. Get a few martini glasses and other baddies together in a corner and attack away.
Be sure to check the comments as well, as fellow TA'ers have shared other methods to obtain this of La Rosa and Pocket doesn't work for you.

You can also get this against the Verona Mall boss. It fires a wide arc of projectiles at you. The game must consider these as “enemies” because I hit several of them while attacking the boss and popped the achievement.

Adding to the previous comment by Trombonafide, I stayed on one side of the Mall butterfly boss area waiting for the boss to come back without attracting the spawned smaller ones. Once I killed the boss, all the little ones died as well and the achievement popped.
