These are the Hats that you can find in the game. Most of them you find in the dungeons by opening the safes and have to craft them in your home. A Few you get as gifts during a date. These are the 26 hats I have been able to find in game.

Bugged for me. Haver all 26 hats and the progression is stuck in 96%.

Confirming same % and exact same list here. I'm lvl 39 so I've done plenty of runs, finished the game with all dates at lvl 6...

0.04% unlock on Mad Hatter, Saint Valentine and Designer. Hopefully that means the devs are working on a patch

This is fixed the cap has been added to the crafting recipes automatically.

None can be missed, just hit the dungeons until the safes no longer drop recipes

Update was just released and as soon as I loaded up my saved game this achievement popped. Bug fixed! 🤙🏻

If this doesn't auto-pop for you after the update, check your crafting bench. I found that I was automatically given a new crafting recipe for the "cap" and once I made that the achievement popped.

Pink white and blue cap was the last one missing. When opening the game, on the bench the achievement "designer" appeared and the recipe for the cap as well.Thus released this achievement of the hats

I believe this is missable in that Rowan is missable, and I got the Flower Crown hat when I went on a date with them. So if you blow off/don’t date Rowan that might totally preclude this achievement.
