Currently unobtainable. No gamer has unlocked this on either Xbox or Steam. The DLC is missing one outfit, making these three related achievements impossible. The game needs to be patched to add in the final outfit.

You will need to craft all the new recipes at your workbench to get this achievement. The list of all the new recipes and the crafting materials required is:

Black Nail Polish - needs 3 Tape, 1 Dark Essence.
Doppleganger - needs 5 Sugar, 1 Fabric, 1 Aether.
Frying Pan - needs 5 Steel, 2 Tape.
Parasite - needs 5 Tape, 1 Dark Essence.
Paintbrushes - needs 1 Glue, 2 Tape.
Cat Toy - needs 1 Fabric, 1 Tape.
Tarot Deck - needs 1 Aether, 1 Holy Essence.
Wrangler - needs 2 Glue, 1 Aether.
Earmuffs - needs 1 Fabric, 3 Tape.
Surfboard - needs 4 Tape, 1 Holy Energy.
Blacksmith Costume - needs 1 Dark Essence, 1 Aether.
Party Hat - needs 2 Plastic, 3 Tape.
Monster Cosplay - needs 1 Fabric, 1 Dark Essence, 3 Aether.
Sewing Machine - needs 2 Steel, 6 Tape.
