This is unlocked for clearing the first dungeon boss at the mall.
A giant moth will spawn with four basic attacks. He will screech and stun you, slap you if you get too close, and fly back and forth dropping more and more babies. As he lands at each end he will shoot oil blobs in a v shape that you can destroy with your sword strikes or avoid.
Simply work on the babies and then quickly hit the boss with a few heavy attacks before dodge rolling. Rinse and repeat. After the battle, meet the new sword and collect your spoils before leaving the dungeon.
