You have to reach max love level with Leah (the hammer) and Jonah (the axe) for this achievement. You don't need to reach max love level with Dr Holmes (the whip) for this one.
You meet Jonah at the start of the Title Update and his dates are located:
Level 0 - The beach
Level 1 - Bravura (north east area of town)
Level 2 - The beach
Level 3 - The lighthouse (up the coast from the beach)
Level 4 - The ferry (south of the beach)
Level 5 - L'amour Vineyard (follow the southern road out of town, then you'll see it on the left)
You meet Leah in level 4 of the Verona College dunj and her dates are:
Level 0 - Cutting edge gym
Level 1 - At the Verona Arena (skating rink), which is next to the Cutting Edge gym.
Level 2 - At Championne Athleisure, to the east of your apartment.
Level 3 - At the beach.
Level 4 - At the Verona Arena.
Level 5 - At Championne Athleisure.
