At some point you will find a blueprint for a Racing Game. I found it in one of the safes at the last boss of the first dungeon. Simply craft it and a game console will appear in your room and the achievement will unlock.

Blueprint drop is random (almost sure like evey other one) and can appear basically anywhere. I found it at the 9th floor in the Mall after killing a mini-boss (i already cleared the entire dungeon before)

This didnt unlock nor did the one for whinning all 3 races :`(
