These are the Gifts that you can find in the game. Most of them you find in the dungeons by opening the safes and have to craft them in your home. A few you can buy from either the secret shop in the Verona mall dungeon or from El Granero. These are the 33 that I have been able to currently find.

Bugged for me. Have all 33 gifts and the progression is stuck in 94%.

Confirming same % and exact same list here. I'm lvl 39 so I've done plenty of runs, finished the game with all dates at lvl 6...

All the collectible chievos, except for recipes and maxing out the bench, are bugged for me

You might want to tell people The Monster Shop in the first Dunj has gifts for sale, not just crafting materials (like in the second Dunj). Pay $5 at the vending machine to get there.

I suspect it's not bugged per se, it's just tied to items that were cut from the game and are expected to be released as free updates further down the line. We know there are two characters who were cut, so the items and recipes are probably in there too.

The sneakers recipe has been added automatically for your character.

1st i had to give a gift in the dungeon, gave a concert ticket and then to the shop to buy a new ticket and the achievement popped

Yeah if you had all gifts like me and achievement didn't unlock give a concert ticket away then rebuy it again from store it popped then.

I’m not sure if the update that came out today fixed this for me but when I went into the secret dungeon shop and bought the blue lipstick (again) the achievement popped. If it was bugged then, it’s now fixed 🤙🏻

I can confirm this is fixed in v1.2. I loaded up my save game and moved around town for a bit and it unlocked.

I had in my inventory all the gifts you can buy from the concert hall and also the gifts you can buy from the mall.

yes if you was previously stuck at 94% what seems to work is go to to a shop and buy another "gift" ideally this should unlock for you like it has done for many of us - regards

I am just before the Katana fight and am only at 90%. Have bought everything 5har I could and have over $1000 in cash. Dungeon runs give nothing but crafting ingredients. Should I just proceed with the boss fight?

This 1 is still 94% after the update, no sneakers recipe, only got a cap recipe

After they added the sneakers to the game mine was already crafted so if you've crafted everything in game and have gotten all of the other gifts you just have to go buy one of the gifts available in the stores and it should pop like it did for me.
