How to unlock the Solved World 7 achievement in Braid, Anniversary Edition - Definitive Guide
To complete the puzzle for the Commentary World and unlock Solved World 7, you must collect the puzzle pieces from the challenges scattered throughout.
Enter the bathroom door in the hub world to access the Commentary World. Behind each of the red doors, there is at least one puzzle. Some are behind more than one door.
Once you have collected a puzzle piece, feel free to Pause, Exit the Current World to the Commentary World where your pieces will be waiting to be assembled like in the original Braid worlds.
These challenges are difficult so they will require some patience and cleverness. See the below solutions if you struggle to collect any puzzle pieces.
Note: Braid, Anniversary Edition does not have a centralised record of which World 7 challenges you've completed as they are hidden throughout different commentary worlds. Keep track manually of which ones you've done to avoid confusion.
The list of levels included is roughly in order of which challenges are quickest to access.

Mine unlocked immediately after I assembled all of the puzzle pieces in the Commentary World. I'm not sure if you need to have 100%'d the original game but I did beforehand anyway.

Not my video but way easier to follow than a text guide :

I've just made it through, you need to grab the key near the door and navigate through the trellis area at the bottom to get the green key, then make your way back. It's harder than it sounds though because the previous key wants to make its way back to you and this means the new key keeps getting dropped, often onto the spike pit, and you can't pick it up again if that happens as it's not affected by rewinding time. So you've got to remain near the top on the way down then stay lower when backtracking and hope you can catch the green key quickly if you overlap with the grey one. It'll make more sense when you play it I think. :P

It appears that the route used to access Scaffoldings (i.e. jumping over the door) was unintentional and has now been patched out. I haven't worked out how else to progress or found any other guides that don't use the same method.

This single new achievement to this edition is for solving a puzzle hidden within the Commentary Worlds. To access it, pause and choose to enable Commentary. That should drop you right into the Commentary mode, but you can access it from the hub by going downstairs to the bathroom on the right. There is now a door there that takes you to the Commentary Hub, where you can see the area where you'll be assembling the puzzle pieces.
The puzzle pieces themselves, of which there are 16, are in puzzle rooms that are hidden throughout the Commentary areas. These are the toughest of the bunch. Getting to the puzzle rooms is sometimes tricky, and then the puzzles themselves are tough to solve.
Below is a list of where they all are, if you don't want to run around hunting them down. Once you know what the doors look like (distinct white doors with a number above them and no book next to them), you'll be able to find them easier. Use this list if you'd like to solve the puzzles for yourself.
