How to unlock the Scooter Race achievement in Bratz: Flaunt Your Fashion - Definitive Guide

This achievement is found by completing the scooter race in the bottom right side of Stilesville Mall. As far as I know, getting 3 stars is not necessary as I got this achievement and the two others with 2 stars. (However, 3 stars should be easy enough to achieve if you want to go for it, but you don't get anything extra as a result.)
