“Forbidden Knowledge” only takes -250HP.
“Blood Pact” takes away 25% of your current health.
Just keep loading up the Ice dungeon, get to the 1st shrine which should be like 3 rooms deep into the dungeon. Choose the Darkness Path, and hopefully you get 1 of these skills. Keep doing this till you’ve sacrificed a total of 5,000HP.
(If you’re grinding for this achievement and you get one of these skills in your run, just die to make sure the game counted the HP offer)
