FYI I had Sidra at level 10 before this patch and I do not have the achievement. I do not think this carries over after the new patch. I am going to have to play one of these other three and I. AM. SCREWED.

Sounds like you'll have to try with a different cannon character then, I recommend Lin Fei myself. Worth a shot, see if it unlocks.
