From the main menu click on offline, then practice, then Catch Bombs training. You can select any character you want as this doesn't matter for the trophy. You will then load in and be placed on a platform in the middle. Bombs will appear from different sides of the screen and you have to catch them. To do this you will probably need to set a pickup button.

Setting a pickup button:

Go to the spanner in the top left corner if in the main menu or press and click settings, then go to controls and set the button you want (I use , but use what you prefer) to Throw Item.

Catching a bomb takes a little bit of practice so might take a while, but you pretty much have to tap the button you have set just before the bomb hits you (There are only a few frames where you can catch it so don't get frustrated if you keep getting blown up.)

Note: You have to catch 15 bombs without missing one, if you miss one it will reset your score and reset progress towards the trophy. Trust me it takes a while and is very frustrating to get.

Once you have caught 15, congratulations on your bronze DLC trophy.
