This can be won in any mode, but if you go to Couch Play > Free For All you can do fights against the AI.
Press Y for match options and set it to 2 stock (the lowest option available). After you pick the computer opponent make sure you select the difficulty option under the skin select and set it to 1.
Now the computer will be free and you just gotta win 10 matches.
