I did this in 1v1 against a boosting partner.
Drifter can shoot a projectile using the
button, and can reflect projectiles by pressing 
.
So my friend shot the projectile, I reflected it back with the reflector, and he reflected it back. Both of us popped the achievement.
I believe this can be done in local with a second controller as well
