In order to unlock this achievement, you'll first need to activate the Triple Ball powerup.
It spawns from the blue Powerup blocks once you hit them as a possible powerup drop. If you are playing Arcade mode, it is one of multiple possible powerups; however one or two challenges feature the Triple Ball powerup as the exclusive powerup that drops during the challenge.
Once you activate the Triple Ball powerup, which clones your ball into three, you'll then simply need to keep all three balls on screen for 10 seconds. Don't let them drop below your platform, and keeping them bouncing around at the top of the screen above other blocks is a good way to keep them active and out of danger.
