In Chapter 4 maybe 5, there is a broken up Bio Module, there will be similar tubes to the one in Chapter 2/3. I think there are 4 cows floating about in space, you must shoot or drive into them all for this. There is one hiding in the tubes the others are just floating nearby the bigger module piece.

I ended up shooting 7 before it popped. I found 2 in space and the 1 in the tube. The other 4 were around the station closer to the grass and trees

This achievement is first obtainable in Chapter Four after gaining access to the Normandy and can be completed by returning to the area in the post-game. To unlock the achievement, locate the broken open pastures in the "upper" area of the map (your suit will point out the pastures to you when you're near) and shoot the seven cows floating in space.
