This achievement requires you to fly to the boundaries of the map in Chapter Four and can be completed in the post-game by returning the the area. Once you gain access to the Normandy locate the repair station near you to serve as a point of reference. From the repair station fly towards the Core, it's a big ole shining light in the distance in the middle of an asteroid and some debris. Note, if you fly in any other direction the achievement will not unlock. Once you are about 5500-6000 meters away from the repair station a button prompt will appear. Press the button, check the map, and unlock the achievement.

Is this achievement missable, I tried this half way through chapter 4 after getting the cooling unit and I get as far as 16000 and still nothing even went back to repair station
