Bit of a long one. You will first need the blueprint, create a base, you will need a transport module blueprint of any size. You will need to attach the transport module to your base I used a normal corridor to connect two separate modules.
Using a Dispenser Tool create a Transport Platform in your transport module. It will need 2 Aluminum, 1 Inductor and 1 Compensator.
Next you will need to create the Rocket Bike at the transport platform, the bike will need 4 aluminium, 1 Generator, 1 Compensator and 1 Lycoplasma. Get on the bike, mine popped while the in-game achievement was still showing.
As a warning building bigger sized modules creates more leaks and other dangers, you sometimes will have red warning flashes to warn you. If you do not know what the issue is try building a Station Status Screen. tip for these screens; even though there is a percentage chance on the BREACH CHANCE section I believe it is supposed to mean durability, and not breach chance. It seems to be the lower the number the more in danger your ship is, mine was destroyed once at 38% and once at 42%. my breach chance is now at 108 - 111 and no leaks, I used Protective covers to add durability.
Lycoplasma is found in the heat zone of chapter 2/3 in chapter 4/5 you will find it in almost every explorable zone.

Generator: Alkali, Metal x2, Electronics & Wire
Compensator: Alkali, Titanium, Refined Metal x2
Inductor: Metal, Plastic & Wire x2

I advise you to create it at the first opportunity. This is the "cheapest" and fastest mode of transport in the game: 67 km/h. Auto - 46, and a standard rocket vacuum cleaner 34 in total.
