Assuming that you managed to get to all 3 of the boss rooms and defeat them in one run, this will pop during the game's ending. You will be in a room with a key after defeating Space Invaders for the 3rd time, waxing philosophical about our place within the game. Once you go through the door, the next screen will be a room with all green blocks and the achievement should pop here.
