Just keep failing the same bridge over and over 25 times.

It might happen naturally on some of the harder bridges, if you can't wait simply fail a bridge ( you must build at least one piece of the bridge - credit to amenazamenor JF ) over and over by pressing RB and letting cars or trucks go across a bridge that will fail.

Credit to TonySki for recommending using the tanker truck (if you have it unlocked) when it goes boom press A to reload.

Rinse and repeat.

Credit to Dwaggienite for pointing out the following: The xbox achievements app DOES NOT track progress to this achievement unlocking - it will stay at 0% until it unlocks.

I just want to point out that the xbox achievements app DOES NOT track progress to this achievement unlocking - it will stay at 0% until it unlocks. You may wish to add this to your guide, because I thought I was doing something wrong.

Thanks for the guide! I'll also add that you need to build at least one piece of a bridge. If you just run simulations without building anything, the achievement won't unlock.

Spot on, just built a single piece and ran simulation, gave it a few seconds to collapse and ran simulation again, repeat 24 times and popped.

I'm going to give this a thumbs up because it definitely works...if only my achievement wasn't stuck at 100% I'd have this game completed right now...:(

I found that on a lot of the achievements that glitched and didn't pop for me, when I went onto the game hub and checked my progress on achievements they all popped. Strange but it's worked twice for this game now. Although, this and the "Safe Flight" Achievements aren't popping now.

Just unlocked this right now. Just went to the Very final level and built a mess that instantly drops on top of the tanker making it blow up in a second on spawn, press 'A' and respawn.. Boom.. Respawn 25 times over and got it 😎

I couldn't get this to work, but then I did exactly what TheOnlyMatto suggested, and it popped.

(Just build a straight line for the bridge, from one side to the other)

This achievement like most others in this game is glitched. I’ve simulated exactly as everyone else more than 50 times and nothing. The achievement doesn’t pop. The progress doesn’t change. This game has been rather disappointing in the achievement part. I was so excited to play it.

I’ve tried on multiple bridges. I’ve tried cars, trucks. Nothing.

thought this was glitched. tried the hub, nothing. i then waited till island 3 and built the second bridge wrong (compared to photo) making sure it would collapse in an epic way. waited till trucks both hit the water and it worked. i tried at least 100 times on the very first level of the first island and got nada. the only reason i tried this... cuz the floating board trick used in the walkthrough for achievement throw-away bridge did not work on the level he suggested but worked on this level. i dont think its level specifically, i just think the first level is too short/small to count as a collapse or failed sim. hope this helps anyone who found this frustrating.

I tried to speed up failing 25 times, so I built this contraption.

Although I initially had the wooden piece be metal, I think it was more consistent that way. This was bridge 6 on Eastern Mainlain, I went with tanker and it would spawn over the left piece of my construction, as soon as it breaks it will detonate the tanker. Each reset was less than 2 seconds. I found the wood piece on the left to break faster, but sometimes it wouldn't explode the truck and just send it flying through the air, so probably all steel is faster. And the weight on the right of what I built, doesn't have to look exactly like that, it just has to be heavy

This requires you to fail a bridge 25 times in a single creation session. From the main map the game proceeds by you selecting a bridge to build. Once you get to this bridge building screen, do not go back to the main map screen or it will reset this failure counter.

Simply build an unstable bridge then press to test it. If you build a bridge bad enough it will fall apart before you even try to send vehicles across it. Either way, the bridge falling apart is what counts for this trophy. You can stay on the test screen and just keep sending vehicles across your failed bridge over and over.

Personally, I never even finished the "bridge destruction" sequence. As soon as one part popped off, I went back to editing mode via and tried again. I unlocked this trophy while trying to figure out an advanced tank truck configuration.

The trophy unlocks immediately during your 25th bridge collapse.

This requires you to run a simulation that is destined to fail 25 times. As long as there are bridge pieces on the map when the simulation starts it will count as a fail provided you run the simulation long enough for the bridge to collapse. Simply restart it 25 times and the achievement will unlock.
