Couldn't get this one to pop by setting all the sliders to 0 or their lowest equivalent. It would still always generate at least one piece of land. Tried generating a max grid and trashed it using the garbage can icon as it was still generating (add enough items that it takes longer to generate) and that seemed to pop it.

Worked perfectly, was racking my brain as to how to get it to pop because as you say it always generated 1 land +1

Underwater Land: 0
Flatten floor: 1
