The way I got this is as follows:
The skill I found this the easiest and quickest to use is "Ground Slash" and "Blitz Slash". Go to your Skill by pushing the
, go to the "Light Blade" tab and unlock "Ground Slash" and buy all the points for "Blitz Slash". You use this skill by jumping and holding down the 
button, you will then slam down on the ground and pretty much explode everything around you, its incredibly powerful and will take down most enemies in one shot and you can take down multiple at the same time.
Select the scene "Shadow Ghost" and choose the easiest difficulty, there are about 24 enemies you can kill in about 2 minutes and will unlock this quite quickly. Play up to the point you have to call in the vehicle and then quit to the main menu and repeat the scene as many times as needed, if you have already completed the game and just mopping up achievements then it wont take long at all
(There is probably an easier and quicker way to get this, but this was the fastest and quickest way i found)

], and the EMP. As you collect Reliquaries, you'll be able to unlock further skills, like the Quake Punch ground pound and Whirlwind Blade Slash. Get these unlocked as soon as you can, and you'll have more options in your arsenal to start working on this. You'll likely get 80 kills for the Peerless Warrior
