The way I did this (and other weapon kills achievements) is as follows:
Select the scene "Shadow Ghost" and play up until the point you call your vehicle. When you get to that point, go back to the main menu and select the same scene and do it over and over with each of the weapons. I Counted about 27 kills in about 2 mins each time making this quick and easy
If you have completed the game then it wont take as long to unlock the achievements
You can also collect 2 Reliquaries on this run as well, one when you start the level, turn around and one is sitting right behind you, the other will be on a platform when you jump down and see the shield users for the first time. Make sure you return to the main menu as reverting to the last checkpoint does not respawn them

], like the game encourages you to, by the time the credits have rolled for the first time, you'll have made a bit of progress towards earning 50 kills for each weapon, meaning by the time you're on a second run, you'll start unlocking the 'Silver' weapon milestones. For the AR, SG, HG, and SR Gold milestones, you'll need to rack up 150 kills with the assault rifle and shotgun, and 100 kills with the handgun and sniper rifle, which will take you 2-3 playthroughs. That is unless you focus on bagging kills with a single weapon. But, since you'll need to finish the game three times to earn the Platinum, you may as well mix things up with your weapons, and wait for each trophy to pop naturally as you play. Just keep plugging away, and all of these will come in time.
