The super easy way to do this is after purchasing ability go into a private match(freeplay and set to 2 plyrs, 1 per team) shoot a buddy till just a little health is left throw grenade on the ground next to him and shoot it. Easy Peasy!!

This achievement is part luck/part timing. First off, you will need to go to the "Characters & Weapons" menu and then pick the "Abilities" option. From here, you can see all of the various abilities you can outfit your character with, assuming you have enough "Level Credits".
We're looking for the ability "Grenade Shooting", which should be the very first ability in the "Universal Abilities" slide. Select it and purchase it.
Now you just need to kill someone with a shot grenade. I did this by blowing an enemy away while he was in the process of throwing a grenade at me, causing it to explode in his hand. There are probably more ways to get this, but odds are you're going to just get this achievement without even really going for it. Just buy the ability early on in the game to increase your odds at getting it sooner.

Ability Unlocked: Rank 1

Throw a grenade by pressing . Now shoot at it while it's near an enemy (in the air, or on the ground). With a little luck you should be able to pull this off.

You will need to purchase an ability called Grenade Shooting. It's available once you start the game under the universal Abilities. You will need to press when you see an enemy in front of you and then press to shoot the grenade. The Grenade should knock down any enemy that comes close to you. You can also use the Frag Blast and Grenade Damage, that is under the Soldier abilities, if you are having trouble with this trophy.
