Start a private freeplay game, set the game mode to objective, map to security tower, set the difficulty on easy and turn the friendly fire on.
You'll need to play on the side of the resistance as a medic, I suggest using a heavy build with Chinzor MG (muzzle, normal mag). Soon as the game begins rush to the objective and open the panel, now a soldier has to set the charge (that's your objective class) so camp there and wait for your teammates to catch up. When they do make sure one of them is a soldier and the other is any other class, now down them both with friendly fire and revive the soldier. (if there is just one soldier kill him and wait for the right combination of teammates).
And there is your achievement.

First you need to be the medic-class. You can switch your character class using two methods. Pre-match class selection can be found in the main menu under characters & weapons and then preferred class. The second method allows you to change classes within a match at a command post. These command posts look like a computer terminal and can be found using your objective wheel by holding up on the D-pad. An objective-class teammate is either a soldier, engineer or operative but not another medic.
Once your a medic-class head to the Primary Objective. Locate one of your downed teamates that are any of the three classes(Soldier, Engineer or Operative). Now the achievement description does state that you have to attempt to revive an objective-class teamate over a non-objective teammate near a Primary Objective. This means that there has to be two downed teammates near the Primary Objective. One who is objective-class and one who is not an objective-class. Attempt to Heal or Heal the Objective-Class teammate and the achievement is yours.
Essentially it's mission priority when it comes to healing your team.

While a Medic, you will have no real objectives to complete like the other classes do. While at an objective, there are times when multiple people will get downed near it. If you revive the class which is tied to that specific objective, but they are both near it, then you will unlock the achievement. You can find these team mates by pulling up your objective wheel and seeing a team member's name.
Note: Like the description mentions. this must be a primary objective which are always gold on your objective dial. They are also listed before you start the missions.

There will be times where you teammates will be down and one of them might be the one that you need to complete the Primary Objective. Just heal the one that needs to be healed to complete the objective. You will need to be a medic to do so. I would advise trying to get this early on in the game, so it won't be a pain later.

Set up a private match with the option 'Friendly Fire' on (Marked with a white dot). Choose any map, Be on the Security side (Blue start up screen) and when the Soldier comes to plant the bomb Shoot him until he is on the floor and wait for another person on your team to come with a different class, shoot him and then heal the Soldier that needs to plant the bomb. Once you have healed the soldier the trophy should follow.
