Brominator is unlocked quite early in the game by rescuing a total of 37 people. His special action (B button) is Endoskeleton,, which makes him immune to all damage. The idea is to die while this temporary form is active, which can be made easily by simply falling into a pit.
Of course it is easier to get it early in your game since the characters' rotation is more limited, but it is nothing to worry about. There are tons of opportunities to dig a hole and simply jump into it.

Get Brominator (Terminator), switch to metallic form (special) and jump off a cliff. When you respawn, the achievement will unlock.
