For this, you need to have Brade (Blade from the Blade trilogy), which takes 15 rescues. You can use either his regular or special when the regular brown shirted enemies fire at you, and it should send the bullet back. Afterwards, it should pop.

What you want to do for this Trophy is keep saving people until you unlock Brade (http://broforce.wikia.com/wiki/Brade).
Now you want to find the next enemy that shoots (Not the ones with bombs strapped to them) and jump down next to them and start tapping
to swing your sword repeadidly until you reflect a bullet back at them.

Use Brade, swing your sword around while in front of an enemy. If he shoots, the bullet gets bounced back and will kill him. It's easy as pie.
