I had some issues unlocking achievements in this game so I thought I was just f**ked when I kept trying to get this achievement over and over, wondering how it was even missable considering the game won't continue if you just ask all questions mentioned in the other guide. Ended up looking at the PS guide. YOU HAVE TO CLICK THE SCREEN TO UNLOCK MORE CONVERSATION OPTIONS AFTERWARDS.
Popped two seconds after that. Apparently this is also mentioned in the walkthrough, which I was following. Just read over the screen part. Don't be like me. If you're here because you can't read either: you're welcome.

Just wanted to add that i missed this initially when following the WT. But you get another opportunity very soon afterwards
After doing the happy faces and guiding the Hexigal along the corridors, you end up back in the control room (it's now at the point where 'That kind of thing can be pretty convincing' achievement is to be unlocked by talking to Shay's Mom)
At the point, we can click the large video screen in the background and talk to Marek to unlock this achievement (Not everyone has the stomach for perfection)
