If you want to get this easily, be sure to go into Gameplay and Switch all settings regarding enemy stats to their lowest, and then select danger 0.
The Farmer benefits from passive Harvest gains. Each wave, your Harvest will increase by at least 3%, AND granting +1 Harvest per consumable while at max health.
Spawning more trees, selecting the "Garden" perk, or using the clippers will all spawn healing fruit. There is no limit per wave.
There are no gains or drawbacks from any weapon style, so it's all up to how you want to play (I personally went with the Ghost Flint, items that boosted attack speed, and a negative range).
