How to unlock the Robust achievement in Brotato - Definitive Guide
Demon is your best bet for this one. (Located bottom right of character selection screen)
50% of your materials at the end of each round are converted to Max HP at a rate of 13 materials per 1 Max HP. Instead of using coins to buy weapons and items, you use Max HP. If you're being relatively conservative with your spending for the first handful of rounds, you should be able to get across the 100 Max HP mark by around round 7-10 depending on how much you're saving.
This solution assumes you are playing at 25% enemy health.

I unlocked it with the Extra Stomach item, it can give +10 max HP per wave: https://brotato.wiki.spellsandguns.com/Extra_Stomach

I have grouped all of these stat-related achievements together because they are all unlocked the same way: during a run, focus on improving (or reducing) the stat noted in the achievement solution, and the associated achievement will unlock as soon as you reach the required value.
Considering you need to do 44 successful runs (once with each character) for the completion, I recommend pairing these achievements up with those runs. Pick one or two stat-related achievements to focus on for that run, preferably ones that sync nicely with the character you're playing as, and just pick level-up boosts and items that work towards the achievement. For example, Brawler starts with -50 Range, so that's not a good run to go for Perfect Vision (15G), so just pay attention to your character's strengths and weaknesses, and go with achievements that make sense with that character.
I was able to easily do two of these achievements per run, but worst case, just focus on one. For many of these, you'll find that the level-up bonuses are the best ways to increase the stats you need, so utilize your materials to reroll on the level up screen to get the stats you want there. None of these should pose any real problems as long as you spend your money on rerolls appropriately, and lock stuff in the shop if it's what you need but can't afford it. Of course, there is RNG involved in this, hoping to get the level-up bonuses and items needed, but I found that I had no problems as long as I always focused on one or two achievements per run.
As a side note, for Dying (5G), which requires you to reach -5 HP regeneration, this DOES NOT make you lose health constantly if you have negative regen, so don't worry about that and having to deal with needing constantly health pickups or steal.
