Brotato

In Brotato, after every round you have the chance to purchase weapons and items. The term "items" in the achievement name refers to weapons and regular items. There are exceptions but depending on the class you play you will start out with one tier 1 item (distinguishable by its gray background.) After every round you can spend materials to buy weapons and items in the shop which refreshes after every round. You can also receive items from the crates dropped by the loot creatures. Below I've listed every tier 1 item. Some weapons/items cannot be purchased until you win a run on a specific character.

As you can see there is a LOT of tier 1 items. You will almost certainly get this on your first run. It is also worth noting that while you can purchase more than one of a weapon/item, you must have 10 DIFFERENT tier 1 weapons.
